She has also led diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across industry organisations and not-for-profits, contributing to more inclusive and forward-thinking professional environments.

Pragya is the founder of Multicultural Association of Property Professionals (MAPP), an initiative dedicated to creating leadership pathways for culturally diverse professionals in the property and built environment sectors. Her passion for connection and collaboration is reflected in the communities she has created, including Wine & Shine and Lead & connect – empowering leadership and growth through community
